There appears to be something wrong with the booklet file. Everything is shifted down and to the left on each page, cutting off some of the text on the left side and page numbers on the bottom and leaving huge margins on the top and right sides.
Oh wow, totally missed that. Thanks for letting me know! I'll get that fixed
